doodles getting bigger...

well, thanks for the encouragement, champs. i've been working on a doodles spin-off site, now launched: www.bigdoodles.com. it has kept me busy and hence no vox-manifestations in the past couple of weeks from me, but i do hope to get something in soon (does this count?) to avoid the dreaded black prawn appearing next to my name... (come to think of it, anyone seen that berg bird lately? she must be overdue for a black prawn or two by now...) have been enjoying the posts though, esp. the whitsky series, among(st) others... laters. lily.l.m(.n.o.p).

    I checked out bigdoodle, and loved it! Well done. I'm going to have to work up something to send to you. How long can you spend on something before it stops being a doodle and becomes a drawing?
    As for that Berg person, she has so many black prawns she's more cheap seafood buffet than person.
    Now stop doodling and write something, damn it!
    (however, I must concede after checking the VM manifesto this probably does count as a contribution)

    that's a good question... the doodle/drawing dilemma. a doodle is meant to be done absent-mindedly technically, but i don't reckon i'll ever be able to do a true doodle again now i've got this site as i'm too conscious of what my hand is doing every time it idly picks up a pen.
    i say spend as long as you want on it. will be most excited to see your doodle when it arrives :)
